Michael is an aggressive and intellectual litigator who has tried several cases before various courts of New York and other states. In 2015 Michael partnered with Linda Salamon, who Michael had represented in several matters and began investing and managing transactions jointly.
Linda began her career as a real estate attorney working in house for a large Manhattan owner/developer from 1987 through 1990. Following that, Linda founded Maxima Realty Management, both a brokerage and management company, which she still runs. Following that, Linda founded Maxima Realty Management, both a brokerage and management company, which she still runs. She began by managing properties for the RTC and FDIC as a minority women owned business, as well as auctioning properties. Linda purchased her first property in 1993. She presently owns and manages over $100m worth of real estate in the New York Metropolitan area including Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn and Westchester.
Jody has over 20 years of experience in stabilizing distressed real estate and converting them into income producing properties. She is responsible for administrative affairs (escrow disbursements, account management, etc.) Jody also holds a law degree from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and a Masters in accounting and finance from London School of Economics.
George has over 30 years of real estate management experience. He managed for HPD under the 7A program, properties for Ocwen, Fannie Mae, Fourth Federal savings, as well as properties for part 36 of the bankruptcy court. He is the head of real estate management for Heracles and has acted as managing agents for assets in receivership
